Create Links in iHub Docs

Problem:
Currently it's not very easy to understand the docs, because links are missing in between them.

Solution:
Create links between pages of iHub docs.
Therefore:

• Add a plugin that creates links from headlines.
• Find a nice way to reference those pages and areas in pages.
