ReplyToID missing for some responses in ConversationTranscript table

We are unable to link the responses from the bot in the PowerBI as the ReplyToID is missing for some of the interactions in ConversationTranscript table. We also observed that ReplyToID is mainly missing for the DirectLine responses while it is present for the PVAStudio responses. We were able to see the responses till last month in PowerBI but something changed after. Just fyi, the session logs in chatbot are also missing the bot responses.

Thanks for sharing, @Aditi3981. This repository is only providing a visual to render JSON, not the underlying data structure.

If these values are not present in your Dataverse environment, it would be good to create a support ticket to investigate. If these values are present, but are not mapped right in Power BI, it would be good to look at the PowerQuery transformations.
