I can't run properly the configure script. THe problem may be with wx-config or libavcodec

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using these instructions: http://www.electricsheep.org/node/51
2. Using libtoolize/automake --add-missing/sh autogen.sh, for the autogen phase
3. ./configure

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I used the source from the svn repository, so "2011.01.30 based on revision
1546 on sf.net"
My OS is Ubuntu 15.04, with Cinnamon 2.4.5
libavcodec-dev is installed
