Djago-radio-recorders delays recording status after DST change in October

This is a weird bug that we have discovered recently, is that if django-radio-recorder is started before a the October Daylight Saving Time, it will start delaying some recordings after the DST change happens. So programs podcasts recording miss the first minutes.

In our case this has happened two years in a row, that is the reason why we think we have identified this cause:

This stopped happening when we restarted the service.
