to be able to login, the error message

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.1 on windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.

xfire plus and koolim also supported xfire web based messenger online but up to 
this date it has failed to log in. While i had xfire out for a brief milisecond 
i could see my friends list

If you can please release a working version 1.0.2 so people who are interested 
have a version we can use while we await for ver2 ty

Hi There,

Unfortunately, I have zero time to devote to openfire at the moment, and the 
development of v2 stalled a long time ago. The project is effectively dead :(
