"sky & weather" subcategory should be in "Animals & Nature" not "Travel & Places"

At the moment the "sky & weather" emojis are grouped under "Travel & Places". I think they should be in "Animals & Nature" - which is where most platform emoji pickers have them.

(It's not clear to me how you construct the categories - I don't see them in the Unicode spec, but maybe I've just failed to find that info)

where, yes, weather is under travel and places.
