Sorting a table uppercase lowercase issue

When i sort a column in mddatatable first the words starting in uppercase is sorting then the lower case is sorting
eg Firstname
1.Aby
2.Ain
3.Bash
4.Bose
5.aimon
6.bilal
can we do, like
1.Aby
2.aimon
3.Ain
4.balde
5.Bash
6.Bose


First Name
Last Name
Company
Email
