Add support for Manage application

Summary:
- Support will be limited to the latest patch release for MAS 8.7.x initially
- Install the mirror catalog source
- Install the application digest configmap (if it uses this system)
- Verify the install
- Add any workarounds necessary to get the operator to successfully reconcile and the application to be functional (e.g. incorrect digest values, and missing container images in the CASE bundle)
