No dateCompleted in cancelled/rejected/initiated transfers

I missed this in my testing but we should not include the dateCompleted in cancelled transfers.

Also, the same thing with rejected transfers.

Finally, the same when the transfer is still status transferInitiated (with GET /transfers).
