This contains three datasets: (i) preprocessing. Flow cytometry data for preprocessing. (ii) Basic. A thirteen-marker panel single-cell mass cytometry dataset obtained with healthy human bone marrow cells published by Bendall et al. (iii) Time-course. Time-course flow cytometry data obtained from the induction of the hematopoietic differentiation of the human embryonic stem cell (hESC) line HUES9 by monitoring ten cell surface markers at six time points.
