Allow Run on Google Collab

- Feature would allow users to run the tool in Google Collab. Would need to remove all the argparse items and just allow them to set True False options for setting their desire. Would need to remove Tor options as well.
- This would be a different version of the tool in a different branch to leave the current one un touched.
- Would allow this tool to be used from Google infrax dropping the requirement to need a vps.
- Need to create new branch and make edits
