Look at $ICEcoder array, any clearup or settings needed

The $ICEcoder array is a mix of settings and user config. Some of these items could be removed (eg codeAssist?) and some are new and could be offered via the settings modals.

The single user or first user to login could also be the "admin" and have an extra panel to change demoMode, multiUser etc via the modal too. From here also view users within the system, manage them etc.

It would mean in multi-user mode, there needs to be an admin login first before other users are logged in. So the username would be "admin" and it not be something you set on first signup as first user.
