thisFileFolderLink set automatically

We have thisFileFolderLink and thisFileFolderType set during operations such as load and it's not really the file we've got mouse over (which is the intention behind it). Look to separate that away so it only has the values set for these 2 vars if the mouse is over a dir/fie and then that's the values (link and type).
