Implement icons

Some icons could be added to theme some areas. A particularly good set that's customisable is at:

Added icons to replace what was there previously, plus icons for the 4 x tool links in bottom right and looking great.
Also experimented with adding icons for display only purposes to the settings screen and found it to be unnecessary, so removed. Icons are only used in ICEcoder as clickable items for now.
May revisit this in the future, but considering done for now.
