Slide modals onto screen

The modals such as Settings modal simply appears and so does the dark wash background.

A much nicer effect is one implemented by the tutorial - fade in the dark background, then the modal slides into viewing and when exiting the modal, both the modal and dark background fade out.

Look to implement this styling for all modals.
