A lot of logic tidying (and some fixes) has been done on interceptKeys but some things aren't working or need further tweaking and the logic could be simpler by grouping into areas such as "content".

All is OK here except for jumpToDefiition which is replaced by the new system based on CTRL+right click, which CTRL+J needs to now also make use of.

jumpToDefinition now revised, improved and working via both CTRL/Cmd + J and CTRL/Cmd + right click.
