Scrollbar in file manager and backups display not updated

You can change the scrollbar style to say native in the settings and this applies to the editor instances, but not the file manager or backups display, so you have 2 different styles of scrollbar.
Look into provisioning for the 3 different scrollbar styles and have it updated when you update settings.
