Suggestion: Clear backup and tmp dir button on settings

Although we already have "keep version control backups for X days", there might be cases where users may want to manually delete backups and temp files (e.g. those who keep versions on a "per milestone" basis where old versions are deleted everytime they accomplish significant targets/goals in dev)
