Project does not build

After selecting "Use template" and checking out the repository, when I open it in Android Studio Arctic Fox the project does not build showing multiple errors in the build scripts from the build-logic module:

something strange. can you run ./gradlew help --stacktrace and show output?
can you give details about your environment? OS, architecture (if macos used - apple or intel cpu). jdk full version?
your problem not reproduced yet, so i think we should see to local environment to detect problem

Embedded JDK from Android Studio (version 11.0.10, I assume it's openjdk)
