README improvement: app folder name & access rights

The README could explicitly state that the app dir in the nextcloud app dir should be named "files_external_dropbox" and not "files_external_dropbox-master" as it is unzipped from the source zip-file.
Also a short reminder to change ownership rights would be appreciated.
E.g.: "Download the source into the Nextcloud apps directory. Make sure the unzipped directory of the app is named "files_external_dropbox" and set the directory ownership according to you setup."
