Did you create that config file or did you configure using 'new server'? If you created the config file, did you try with a 'nick' and a properly formatted 'host' (i.e. no name and no square brackets, e.g. "192.168.2.22")?

Have you checked the MySFTP option under the File main menu? Your screenshots are from the file browser context menu.
