• integrate travis build
• build for gcc as well as clang
• merge branch osx back to master
• add travis build for OSX
• update brew recipes to version 10.0.0 and let them point to Github
• publish Ubuntu packages for trusty and xenial (on launchpad PPA)
• review build flow for Windows
• introduce AppVeyor to create Windows binary installers as artefacts
• add features to windows build (at least qt, opencv)
• configure Dockerfile to push automatically to launchpad when container is started without arguments
• Add icl-intel-* package build that come with IPP and MKL (using the official Intel repo)
• Add latest ubuntu to deb releases
• push source packages to launchpad
• tag release 10.0.0
• adapt Homebrew formulas and add bottle to release (only HEAD should build from git)
• set WIX default install to tools/iclcv/${ARCH}
