Use media attribute for theme-color meta

According to https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/meta/name/theme-color one can use media attribute to detect dark theme so https://github.com/icmx/xv/blob/develop/src/index.html#L28 can be removed

seems like media attribute is unrelated since it will be changed by js anyway
