Inconsistent padding on some icons

Some icons have padding that is not consistent on all sides, which makes placement a little tricky in some situations (like when you want to transition between icons in the same place) and extra calculations is needed to compensate for the lack of padding on one side of the icon.
e.g: the "user-plus" icon is consistent while the "user-lock" icon is not. Is this intentional due to the process of making the icon?

other than that its a great package and i just replaced font awesome with it, and thanks to the icons8 team for using the same naming convention i integrated line awesome in my workflow using sass in a couple of minutes.
