Seems we have a rather old version of Cake instead of the newer dotnet cake tooling (see folder /tools).
This leads to a mismatch with ./.github/workflows/build.yml that uses cake-build/cake-action@v1 - with dotnet cake one sees the exact same error as on the GH actions build.
