Generate beautiful website from the README.md

We have quite strict input format (https://github.com/icy/w2w/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md). That would help to generate a static website (yeah with searching) from the contents of README.md. This is a lot better than reading the Github version: E.g, all moving to postgres issues can be grouped in a section.
