Bug with subunit enqueue?

I was playing a game versus a friend, and after the game it said hacker
detected: subunit enqueue hack. I'm not sure what this is but I'm guessing
it is the hack used to drop people using reaver scarabs?

I am fairly certain that this person does not hack, but I could be wrong,
since I don't actually know what subunit enqueue hack is. If this is the
case I apologize, but if this is not the case please remove that report
from the hacker list (his name is u]k-raziel).

This hack builds scarabs and interceptors automatically for you. And this is 
not a 
false positive, he was hacking.
