The page appears now, but there are still broken things - see how most of the facets are zero, and also the export doesn't work in IE

May be related: in all browsers - if the Export tab is open in the disabled state, and then a filter is selected, it stays disabled. One need to click to another tab and back to the Export tab to switch it to the enabled state.
