Travis not deploying to DockerHub

Description

In the new release a shell step was added in Packer, but Travis can't find the script. Guess that needs the {{ template_dir }} variable before, like in here

@dortegau suggests to stop using Packer and deploy to DockerHub as in the Zookeeper Role
