Try a banner for VSP intead of the Cohorts nav item

Right now in the main nav we have a "Cohorts" link. It goes directly to the VSP landing page.
The ideas is for "Cohorts" to be a drop down that lists all the Cohorts. This could work in the future, but right now it's just confusing because we only have one.
For now, let's try this:
- Remove the Cohorts item from the main nav
- Display a big banner that lets people know VSP is our first cohort and we're accepting applications. It should be a link to the VSP landing page
