Cohort Nav: Make the home page button more clear

On the cohort subnav we have a home button that is the three shapes mark plus a back button. It's not clear enough that that's how you're supposed to navigate back to the cohort home page.

We need to work up a new way to navigate to the cohort landing page that is more clear.
