Fullscreen Mode does not play ball with new MacBook Pro with Notch

When you access the menubar in full screen mode, the theme drops the location bar to make room for the menu bar. However, on a newer MacBook Pro, the menu bar is remains above the top of the "content" area so you end up with a gap
