Add label when importing encrypted private key (use Ctrl+V to Paste)

Some users are very confused when there is not right click context menu with paste option. They think that paste is not possible, forgotting that they can use Ctrl+V

If enabling right click context menu is a hassle, then simple tip would be helpfull

or simply implementing a dedicated "Paste" button does the trick :)
But a context menu is fine too!
