Validation starts while having "Restricted" access

So, I had one member saying, validation started, I got no flips loading.

So my troubleshooting lead me to: was browser ok? time synced? used auto translation? some blocking addons?
Nope, he was on "Restricted" node connection, didn't know/forgot that he needs to rent a node for validation.

This is problem mostly for Newbie age 1. And when we who are supporting Idena, see this, we want to troubleshoot it, but rarely the member who had this problem is keen on answering all these questions, he just rage quits Idena.

He even made good flips :/ And thankfully didn't rage quit so we could come to this conclusion.

It would be very usefull to get user some banner 1h before validation to remind him again that he cant do validation if he is on restricted access. And if he ignores it. Validation should not start and he will be presented with modal containing this information once again.

So, this way situation should be much clearer for everyone.
