[Feature Request] LiveTV streaming support (with patch)

This patch adds Live TV support for VDR devices.
It works with the Reelbox Avantgarde II and hopefully other VDR devices.

On the channels view there's a new context menu called 'Live TV' which allows 
you to stream the channel directly to your android device using your favourite 
video player (VPlayer is known to work well).

I hope it will make it into the next official androvdr release :-).

It works well on Samsung Galaxy S (Android 2.3.3) and Samsung Galaxy Tab 
(Android 2.2) with VPlayer (http://abitno.me/).
