Use Spring Cloud Netflix are Service Discovery (Eureka), Circuit Breaker (Hystrix), and Client Side Load Balancing (Ribbon).

The Dalston cloud release train builds on Spring Boot 1.5.x, and is not expected to work with Spring 2.0.x.
There is an issue opened: spring-cloud/spring-cloud-netflix#1377
