Implement a NodeSubnetMapper

For datamodel conversion we need to divide the PowerFactory grid into electrically separated subnets.

In order to do that we probably will have to build a graph like representation of the pf grid and separate it at the transformer locations. Afterwards every separated grid should correspond to a subnet that conforms to the psdm standard.
