Registration page asks me to agree to the code of conduct, which points to
https://ieeevis.org/year/2024/info/inclusion-and-diversity/code-of-conduct
which returns a 404.
The URL should be https://ieeevis.org/year/2024/info/inclusion/code-of-conduct
Alternately, the former URL should redirect
