hpke-aad SHALL be the FixedInfo part of ECDH-ES Concat KDF input. That is,
concatenation of AlgorithmID, PartyUInfo, PartyVInfo, SuppPubInfo and
SuppPrivInfo inputs, in that order, as defined in section 4.6.2 of JWA.
