Tron has accounts limit ? can delete account from blockchain

Hi
is any limit for create account ? for example if i develop payment system i should create new account per order ( invoice ) if we has 100 order in day in one year we create 36,500 account on the tron network ! is it ultimate for create new account ??
can we delete an account/address fully from block chain or not ?
