Allow shell dotfiles to be used outside of Nix

Because I use machines that don't run Nix or can't run Nix, but like my comfy setup.
Ideal vision is I just curl | sh and bam, my CLI is set up to sync with the infra repo.

Obviated by either the use of nix-portable, or that thing I did at work with devservers.
