/library - Join button does not changed to Joined

Description
After joining a program from the library, the text on the Join button changes to Joined and is no longer actionable.

This function does not work for the programs that are featured at the top of the page with the larger graphics.

Not important, but it would be nice if it was consistent.

Even though the user has already joined The Extra Mile, the button still says "Join" and is actionable:

Join one of the featured programs at the top
Note that the button still says Join
