New dashboard - keep user's time-range preference

Description
Some users prefer to see their all-time (or year/month/day) stats rather than their weekly stats on the dashboard.
Currently, if you switch the time-range to all-time (or year/month/day) and then reload the page, it will default back to week.
We might consider storing the last range that was set and always displaying this when the page is reloaded

On your dashboard, change Your Stats for to all-time
Reload the page
Note that it is back to week
