The current library used for taking screenshots is experiencing persistent issues. When initiating the screenshot process, the library hides the associated buttons, but it frequently becomes unresponsive, locking users out of the viewer's functions. The only workaround is to reload the page, which is far from an ideal user experience.
Exploring more reliable alternatives for screenshot generation or implementing preventive measures, such as displaying user-friendly error messages, is suggested.
