I checked and there doesn't seem to be a version 223. Please advise.

There was a release for 223 listed at https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/7083-erlang/versions and recently we updated the build scripts but those changes weren't released yet? i cannot control the release cycle only maintain and merge the code. Refer to @ignatov on when is the next release.

You can try this one i've built today from OTP 25 merge request and replace it later after the new release.
