Website (and Openfire) does not list 'newest' plugin

We have recently released a new version of a plugin, with a version number that is "1.10.0". The previous release was "1.9.1".
The website does not show the latest version of the plugin on the plugin download page. However, it does show up (on top, as expected) on the archive page of that particular plugin.
In Openfire admin consoles, the same problem occurs: the latest plugin that is shown to be available is not 1.10.0, but 1.9.1.
The plugin download page seems to use alphabetic ordering, in which 10 < 9.
