Expose host name of cluster members on the admin UI

Currently, the admin UI only exposes the IP address of the various cluster nodes on the Clustering page (http://localhost:9090/system-clustering.jsp)

It would be useful if the servers host name was also available.

NB. The host name was available with the Coherence based clustering plugin
