Large Openfire.Lobs in embedded-db directory

We have found that when installed Monitoring 2.1.0 produces a large .lobs file in the embedded-db directory which grows exponentially. This .lobs file, if removed, just breaks the statistics portion of the Monitoring plugin which we are not using. We would like the ability to disable or shutoff Statistics part of Monitoring. We specifically use this plugin for Message Searches and do not need Statistics.
