The focus users that's provided by OFFocus is guaranteed to be a system user. It will never use anonymous login, as a password is defined.
Existing code falsely relates the anonymous-ness of 'focus' to the value of ofmeet.security.enabled. This is incorrect, as the two have no relation (ofmeet.security.enabled relates to authentication of end users).
