Do not depend on a SNAPSHOT version of Openfire

Currently, Openfire-4.2.0-SNAPSHOT is required to build this project. That's a non-deterministic version identifier. Since we've created this plugin, stable Openfire versions were released. We should use one of those.

Note that this affects the version that's used to build, not the one that's the minimum required version at runtime.
